1. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier).

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing and style preferences may vary, especially for women’s wear. We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Lingerie, intimate wear, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Products purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts.
Exchange Process:

Once approved, ship the product back to us.
We will dispatch the replacement item after inspection.
Shipping Costs:

You receive a defective or damaged product.
You receive an incorrect product (wrong size, style, or color).

4. Important Notes
No Cash Refunds on COD Orders: For COD purchases, refunds will be issued as store credits or discount vouchers.
